TaL AM Return Policy

When returning materials purchased from TaL AM, we ask your kind cooperation in following the guidelines below:

1. Returns will be accepted only with prior authorization from TaL AM.
2. Requests for returns should be addressed to: returns@talam.org.
3. Return packages must clearly indicate the Return Authorization Number (RAN) provided by TaL AM.
4. Packages returned without a RAN (Return Authorization Number) will be refused.
5. Requests for returns must be made within 90 days of the date of shipment.
6. Only unused and undamaged materials will be accepted.
7. Posters, CDs and Tal Sela materials will not be accepted for return.
8. Shipment of returns must be prepaid by customer.
9. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on all returns.
